1. Agreement

By accessing and using the Aussie All-Stars Concrete website (aussieallstars.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services

Aussie All-Stars Concrete provides concreting, decorative concrete, excavation and rubbish removal services across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. All services are subject to availability, site inspection and a written quote accepted by both parties.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Aussie All-Stars are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided and a visual site inspection. Final pricing may vary if:

• Site conditions differ from those assessed during the quote
• Additional work is requested beyond the original scope
• Unforeseen issues arise during the project (e.g. rock, contaminated soil, hidden services)

Any variations will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual quote or contract. A deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as specified in your quote.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may incur costs for materials and labour already committed.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. All concreting work comes with a workmanship warranty as specified in your contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party modifications, natural ground movement or extreme weather events beyond reasonable expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Aussie All-Stars Concrete's liability is limited to re-performing the defective work or refunding the amount paid for the defective portion of the services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

8. Website Use
